Pam Ayres has been making the nation laugh for over 40 years. Funny and warm, her charming understated manner belies a rare comic precision. Her hair-trigger timing, her eye for the absurd details of everyday life, and unforgettable turn of phrase, combine to make her a true national treasure.

Pam tours her solo show worldwide, performing at festivals and theatres.  She appears regularly on TV, most recently on BBC’s Springwatch, Celebrity Antiques Road Trip & Celebrity Mastermind and is a regular on Radio 4 with Just a Minute and her new series, Ayres on Air.

She was awarded the MBE in 2004 for her services to literature and entertainment and lives in the Cotswolds with her family and numerous animals.

Join us for an intimate evening of performance, including her new book, The Last Hedgehog, a delightful and thought-provoking elegy being launched in Hedgehog Awareness Week about the spiky countryside inhabitant.
